Attendance Information:
You must COME IN TO THE SCHOOL to sign your student out during the school day. Please call the attendance line when your student misses FULL DAYS of school. Do NOT leave early dismissal for students on the attendance line, as we may not receive the information on time.
If you know your student will have an appointment during the school day, send a note with them that includes the time that you will pick them up, and have them bring it to the office first thing in the morning to exchange it for a pass. You may also call the main line (303.982.5020) to request a student when you are near the school for pick up. This process will help to ensure that your student is in the office waiting for you. Otherwise, make sure to allow plenty of time when you arrive, for your student to be called to the office.
When your student is marked Tardy or Absent by a teacher, you will need to contact that teacher for an explanation or correction. You can find all teacher contact information in the “Our School” then under the "Staff List" tab.
If your student will be absent for more than THREE consecutive days, please fill out this pre-arranged absence form
This form must be signed by parents, students and all of their teachers, with homework assignments, then brought to the office or emailed or faxed to:

Please make appointments for your student after class time. Students are finished with class at 4:00 every day, leaving plenty of time to schedule appointments after school. Be aware that students entering and leaving class during class time not only disrupts your student’s work, but also the teacher and the entire class.
