Conduct Code

The Jefferson County Public Schools Conduct Code has been prepared to provide you with

information relating to your rights and responsibilities. In order for our policies and procedures

to have the greatest possible positive effect, we need your cooperation.

This year the Conduct Code is being distributed electronically only and can be accessed by clicking here. It is your, and your student's, responsibility to become familiar with the contents of the Conduct Code.

EMS will also provide instruction and training with your student to ensure that they are aware of the contents of the Conduct Code and understand student rights and responsibilities. If you have any questions, please contact the Principal or Assistant Principal at 303-982-5020 option 3.
